Mugavari Student Selection Process

We strive towards helping all aspiring students to pursue their higher studies. But our efforts to accommodate all deserving students stand restricted to the number of sponsors available for that academic year.

The number of students seeking Mugavari’s help has risen steeply in the last 7 years. Hence, since the last 5 years, we have been adopting the following system to select students.

Students who are socially and economically backward, exhibit unwavering dedication to study further and have been admitted for higher studies in Government run educational institutions will be considered as qualified for assistance from Mugavari.
Students need to apply with +2 results copy till end of June. (Online result copy is enough).
A committee consisting of former beneficiaries of Mugavari will peruse the applications. Committee members are changed every year to eradicate recommendation based selection process.
Application verification and candidate selection will be done by the committee.
Application verification takes place in the month of July and selection list will be announced in the first week of August every year.
