To facilitate this, we have based our organization structure in such as a way as to seamlessly carry out this process to all students, so that no one is left behind.

Mugavari’s notable contribution to a student’s life and agency is embodied in three simple yet profound attributes: Gratitude, Networking & Leadership. Each one of them emerges strong and resolute in these unshakeable values, ready to give back.

Gratitude

Gratitude is first of the three focal outcomes that Mugavari achieves. The organization instils in students the value of being grateful for every single contribution, no matter how small, that helps them achieve their life goals. Mugavari encourages a reflective understanding that success is not solely an individual endeavour but a collective result of the acts of others.

By encouraging this sense of gratitude, & enabling students lead transformative lives, Mugavari makes them aware of the interconnectedness of all beings and their impact on each other.

Networking

At Mugavari, there is a convergence of students from multiple fields of education and various backgrounds. This provides each individual with an exposure unlike any other. They get the opportunity to cultivate and maintain new contacts and, in the process, also make friendships lasting a lifetime. The student meetings and get togethers that are arranged by the foundation also benefits this process.

Networking events organized by Mugavari, promote a shared purpose, connecting like-minded individuals, encouraging togetherness, perpetuating a common cause, and upholding organizational unity.

Leadership

Team Work

The team meetings that help in the running of the foundation helps in students demonstrating and growing their leadership and interaction skills. It also provides a learning experience to acquire a skill that will be immensely helpful in both professional and personal fronts.

Intersectoral Coordination

Since Mugavari acts as a hub of various fields of education coming together, the ensuing networking not only helps in the meeting of people with other people, but also helps in the process of people coming across various ideas from fields other than their own. This results in innovation involving multiple sectors of education and work. It is also worthwhile to add that the contacts that are formed here, help in aiding the students further on in their lives when they are in need of help from the other sectors of work.

Quest For Learning

The mentoring sessions at Mugavari are done by the present and former students themselves. No outsiders are involved in this. These sessions instill a thirst for knowledge amongst both, the mentors and mentee.

It should also be noted that the students volunteer for the home verifications that is done as a part of the admissions process. During this, they learn invaluable life lessons which cannot be replaced by any amount of conventional book learning.
